1. Visa Application & Responsibility

• We will handle the visa application process on your behalf.

• It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information. Any delays or rejections due to incorrect or missing details will be your responsibility.

• The visa application fee is included in the trip deposit and is non-refundable once processing has begun.

2. Visa Approval & Entry Disclaimer

• Visa approval is at the discretion of the immigration authorities. While we will assist in the application process, we cannot guarantee approval.

• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into Dubai or Cairo. Immigration officials make the final decision at the border. If entry is denied, we are not responsible for any losses, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Flight Booking & Missed Flights

• Flight bookings are required for visa processing. Once flights are booked, the cost is non-refundable.

• Travellers must arrive on time for their flights with all required documents. If a flight is missed due to personal reasons (lateness, incorrect documents, etc.), rebooking costs will be the traveller’s responsibility. No refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable once visa processing and flight bookings begin.

• If a visa is denied, the cost of the visa application and flight booking will be deducted from the deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

• If a traveller cancels after the visa has been approved, no refunds will be issued for the deposit, visa, or flight costs.

• Any cancellation fees imposed by airlines, hotels, or service providers will be the traveller’s responsibility.

5. Behaviour & Respect

• We want everyone to have a great experience! All travellers are expected to treat fellow travellers, organisers, and hosts with respect.

• Rudeness, disruptive behaviour, or refusal to follow group guidelines may result in removal from the trip without a refund.

• Respect for local customs and laws in both Dubai and Cairo is essential.

6. Itinerary & Changes

• While we strive to follow the planned schedule, the itinerary may be subject to change due to flight schedules, weather, or local regulations.

• Any major changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

7. Health, Safety & Travel Insurance

• Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special assistance needs.

• Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or unexpected incidents.

• The organiser is not responsible for any medical expenses during the trip.

8. Accommodation & Room Sharing

• By joining this trip, you agree to share a room with a roommate and are expected to treat them with respect.

• In case of any roommate disputes, we will do our best to help resolve the issue amicably. However, no refunds will be issued due to disagreements over room sharing.

9. Compliance with Local Laws

• All travellers must adhere to the laws, customs, and cultural expectations of Dubai and Cairo.

• Any legal issues due to a traveller’s actions will be their sole responsibility.

10. Liability Waiver

• We are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or delays caused by airlines, hotels, or third-party service providers.

• Travellers participate in the trip at their own risk and are encouraged to have personal travel insurance.
